Agency Partner Program Terms

Participation in the Agency Partner Program requires formal submission of our application form at reachook.com/agency/apply. Every application is manually vetted by our team to protect network integrity.

• Human Vetting & Introductory Call: Approval is not automatic. We evaluate agency domain credibility, legitimate client service offerings, and social media presence. Following initial review, our partnerships team connects with you for an introductory call or meeting to discuss your agency, agree on your customized commission percentage, and calibrate your account.
• Accurate Details: You must supply authentic contact details, email addresses, and tax identifiers. Using disposable email addresses or false identities results in immediate disqualification.
• Discretionary Admission: Reachook reserves the absolute right to accept or reject any application for any reason without liability.
• Reapplication Window: If an application is rejected, the applicant must wait a minimum of 90 days before resubmitting.

Upon approval, you are issued a unique referral tracking link (e.g., reachook.com/agency/go/[code]/). Referrals are attributed exclusively through our automated server-side verification infrastructure:

• New Customers Only (No Pre-Existing Accounts): Attribution applies solely to newly registered accounts created after clicking your link. If an account already exists in our database, clicking an agency link does not transfer or claim attribution. Even if the existing user proceeds to purchase a paid plan, that purchase is excluded from commission calculations.
• Real Browser Sessions: Headless browsers, web scrapers, bots, and prefetch crawlers are stripped of tracking cookies.
• In-App Browser Limitations: When links are opened inside Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok in-app browsers, conversions that occur outside the sandboxed browser cookie environment cannot be recovered.

Reachook offers customized commission percentages for approved agency partners. The specific commission percentage is individually evaluated and discussed over an introductory meeting or onboarding call. Commission earnings are strictly conditioned upon the customer’s subscription plan, billing frequency, and the definitive duration limits established herein:

• Individually Agreed Commission Percentages: Your specific commission percentage is discussed, calibrated, and confirmed during your onboarding call or meeting. Once finalized by our partnerships team, the agreed rate is bound to your partner account, recorded in our administrative system, and visible on your Agency Dashboard.
• Net Sale Calculation Base: Commissions are calculated strictly on the net base amount actually received by Reachook in the transaction currency. Taxes (GST/VAT), payment gateway surcharges, coupon discounts, and third-party fees are deducted prior to computing commission.
• Plan Transitions: If a customer on a monthly subscription transitions to an annual plan during their first year, the Agency Partner receives commission on that single annual payment, which constitutes the final commissionable payment for that customer; no further monthly commissions will accrue. Total commissionable duration never exceeds one year under any circumstance.
• Zero-Commission Inclusions & Pre-Existing Users: Free plans, trial periods, accounts funded through promotional credits, chargebacks, refunded invoices, and payments made by pre-existing Reachook accounts (users who already registered prior to clicking the referral link, regardless of plan purchased) earn zero commission.

To protect both Reachook and our agency partners from chargeback liabilities, credit card fraud, and buyer remorse cancellations:

During this 90-day window, our automated risk engine checks for refund requests, bank reversals, and high-risk signals. Following the hold period, clean entries are reviewed and flipped to approved status, making them eligible for payout inclusion.

Approved commissions are disbursed periodically via direct bank transfer, NEFT, RTGS, or international wire:

• Minimum Payout Thresholds: Payout batches are generated once your approved earnings reach the currency floor:

  Balances below the threshold automatically carry over to the subsequent billing cycle.
• Bank Details Verification: To prevent unauthorized redirection of agency partner funds, entering or updating your bank account instructions places your payout state in unverified. Reachook staff confirms the change out-of-band before any funds are released.
• Taxes: Agency partners are independent contractors and bear sole responsibility for all income taxes, withholding obligations, GST/VAT registrations, and reporting under their local laws.

Commissions are earned only on legitimate, permanent revenue. In the event of refunds or disputes:

• Pre-Payout Reversal: If a customer payment is refunded or disputed while the commission is in pending or approved status, the commission is immediately reversed.
• Post-Payout Clawback: If a payment is refunded or charged back after the commission has already been paid out to you, the corresponding commission amount converts into an open clawback. This amount is netted off against your future commission payouts.
• Partial Refunds: In the case of partial refunds, commissions are recomputed proportionally against the remaining net amount.

Reachook grants approved agency partners a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to display official Reachook badges and marketing assets solely for promotional purposes:

• Clear Disclosure: In compliance with consumer protection and advertising guidelines, you must clearly disclose that you are an independent agency partner who may receive financial compensation when clients sign up.
• No Impersonation: You must not represent yourself as Reachook employees, agents, or official support representatives.
• Asset Integrity: You may not modify, distort, or rebrand Reachook logos, wordmarks, or trademarks.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, upon 7 business days’ written notice to the other party.

• Immediate Termination for Cause: Reachook may suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if you breach any term of this agreement, commit fraud, or engage in brand-damaging conduct.
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your tracking links become invalid, your agency dashboard access ceases, and you must remove all Reachook badges and assets from your website.
• Forfeiture on Fraud: If your account is terminated for fraud, self-referral abuse, trademark infringement, or spam, all accrued pending and unapproved commissions are permanently forfeited.

THE REACHOOK AGENCY PARTNER PROGRAM AND TRACKING INFRASTRUCTURE ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS-IS” AND “AS-AVAILABLE” BASIS. REACHOOK MAKES NO WARRANTIES CONCERNING EARNINGS, VISITOR CONVERSION RATES, OR UNINTERRUPTED TRACKING AVAILABILITY.

IN NO EVENT SHALL REACHOOK OR ITS OFFICERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF COMMISSIONS OR DATA). REACHOOK’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL COMMISSIONS PAID TO YOU DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Agency Partner Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Agency Partner Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.
