The terms, plainly
- Your commission percentage and how long it runs are agreed with you on a short video call, then written into your partner account. They can differ from one partner to the next.
- Commission is on what a referred customer actually pays, before tax and fees. A discounted sale earns commission on the discounted price.
- The period runs from the day the customer signed up through your link (up to 1 year for monthly plans; one-time for annual plans).
- Every application is reviewed by a person. Approval is not automatic.
- Each commission is held for 90 days so refunds and card disputes are settled first. Then it is reviewed and approved.
- Payouts are bank transfers, sent manually after commission has been approved.
- Refunded or disputed payments do not earn commission.
- Self-referrals, fake or throwaway sign-ups, and sales we can't verify are not paid, and can end your partnership.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I earn from free sign-ups?
No. Commission is only paid on real payments. A customer who signs up on the free plan earns you nothing until they upgrade to a paid tier.
What happens if a customer is refunded?
The commission for that payment is reversed. If it had already been paid out to you, we will contact you to settle it; we never take money from your account automatically.
How and when do I get paid?
By bank transfer (NEFT, RTGS, Wire). Commission is held for 90 days after each payment, then approved after a check. Approved commission is batched into a payout once it passes the minimum payout threshold ($25 / ₹2,000).
Can I refer myself?
No. Sign-ups using the email address on your partner account are not credited, and we review sign-ups and payments that look like they came from your own network or company. Paying for your own client accounts to collect commission is grounds for removal.
How long do I earn commissions on a referred client?
For annual plans, you receive a one-time commission on the initial purchase. For monthly plans, you earn recurring commission for up to 1 year (12 consecutive months) from when the client signs up. No commission is earned after the 1-year mark.
Is there a fee to join the program?
No. The program is completely free to join with zero subscription or recurring maintenance fees.
How does tracking work if a client doesn’t buy immediately?
We use a 90-day first-click tracking cookie. If your client visits through your partner link and registers anytime within 90 days, the referral and all valid payments for the next year are tied to your agency.
Can my agency be featured in Reachook’s public Agency Directory?
Yes. Once approved and actively referring clients, you can submit your agency profile, logo, and core services for listing in our verified directory to receive inbound client inquiries.
What if a client already has an existing Reachook account and clicks my link?
Commissions are paid exclusively on newly registered clients. If someone already has an existing Reachook account and later clicks your agency link to sign in or buy a plan, that account is not counted as an agency referral and does not earn commissions.
