We may share data during Business Transfers (merger/sale), with Google Maps Platform APIs, and with business partners.

We provide AI Products through third-party service providers including Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter, and Google Cloud AI.
Your input, output, and personal information will be shared with these providers solely to enable AI functionality within the Reachook platform.

Social Logins: If you use social media to login, we receive name, email, and profile details from the provider (Facebook/X).
Retention: We keep info as long as necessary for the purposes outlined or until your account is deactivated.
Security: We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures, though no online system can be 100% secure.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18 years of age.

Data Deletion Instructions
According to the Facebook Platform rules, we have to provide a User Data Deletion Callback URL or Data Deletion Instructions URL. If you want to delete your activities for the Reachook App, you can remove your activities by following these instructions:
- Go to your Facebook Account's Setting & Privacy. Click "Settings".
- Look for "Apps and Websites" and you will see all of the apps and websites you linked with your Facebook.
- Search and Click "Reachook" in the search bar.
- Scroll and click "Remove".
- Upon removal, all data associated with your Facebook integration will be completely deleted from our servers.
Alternatively, if you wish to completely delete your Reachook account and all associated data, please contact us directly at [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Our team will process the complete deletion of your data within 48 hours.
