We are Gladmonet Pvt Ltd (doing business as Reachook). We operate the Reachook platform, providing automated outreach and related services. You can contact us at [email protected].
These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement for Reachook services. By accessing the Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the Services.
Supplemental terms or documents posted on the Services from time to time are incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right to make changes to these Legal Terms at our sole discretion.
Services: The information provided is not intended for distribution to jurisdictions where such use would be contrary to law.
Our IP: We own or license all intellectual property in the Services (Content and Marks). We grant you a non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use OR internal business purposes only.
Submissions: By sending feedback or suggestions, you agree to assign all IP rights in such Submissions to us without compensation.
Representations: You warrant that you have legal capacity, are not a minor, and will not access via automated means (bots) except where expressly permitted.
Prohibited Activities: Systematic data retrieval, tricking/defrauding us or users, circumventing security, disparaging the Services, and infringing third-party rights are strictly forbidden.
The Services do not offer users to submit or post content publicly. You retain ownership of any feedback Contributions, but we may use such feedback without compensation.
Management: We reserve the right to monitor the Services, take legal action against violators, and manage the platform to protect our rights and property.
Termination: We reserve the right to deny access to any person for any reason at our sole discretion, including breach of warranty or law.
Modifications: We may change, modify, or remove content or prices at any time without notice. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising in connection with these Legal Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Noida/Gautam Buddha Nagar.
Informal Negotiations: We agree to attempt to negotiate any dispute informally for at least 30 days before initiating arbitration.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU USE THE SERVICES AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
15. INDEMNIFICATION: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any loss or claim due to your use of services or breach of these terms.
16. USER DATA: We maintain data for system performance but you are solely responsible for data you transmit. We are not liable for data loss or corruption.
17. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS: You consent to receive notice electronically and agree that electronic signatures/contracts satisfy legal written requirements.
18. MISCELLANEOUS: These terms constitute the entire agreement. Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. We may assign rights to others at any time.
