## 1. DM Automation Engine
The core product turns public Instagram comments into private DM conversations.
- **Trigger Mechanisms**: Automations fire based on keyword matching. We support exact match, contains, and AI-driven fuzzy matching on Instagram Posts and Reels.
- **AI Personalization (Sentiment Analysis)**: Static auto-replies are dead. Our AI engine reads the context and sentiment of the user's comment and crafts a dynamic reply in the creator's configured brand voice. 
- **The Follow Gate**: A hard conversion block. If a user comments for a lead magnet but doesn't follow the creator, the automation pauses and demands a follow first. We verify the follow status via the Graph API before releasing the payload.
